What are your business hours?
I am usually available Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm (GMT) if you have any questions about your order. I am not usually at my desk at the weekends but feel free to get in touch and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Custom and personalised orders
I take great care packing all my items and you can feel confident when ordering fragile items that they will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping it is essential that you take photos of the damage to the item and any obvious damage to the packaging and contact me as soon as possible. If possible you should photograph the damaged item before removing it from the packaging. Please don't try to repair it or throw away the packaging before discussing the issue with me. I am unable to offer any refunds or returns on damaged items without photo evidence that the damage occurred during shipping.
